SMI scam: looking for any new info!

hello! i am new to this blog thing so excuse me if i don't know what i'm doing! I am a victim of the SmithMerritt scam and other than leaving a voicemail with the chief investigator at UTAH A/G's office, I'm not sure where else to go! I was robbed of 10K and I want it all back! Can anyone give me any assistance? Direction? Information? Solace? Understanding????? Please help!
